Art Hostage has learnt the Jinxed, Jonah, Simon Hargreaves is up, second of the day, in front of MR Recorder BOURNE-ARTON QC at York Crown Court number 2.Will be interesting to see if the background into this case is reported.

This case does have a twist and we may not see the sentencing Monday, an adjournment may be on the cards.
